The CAD32AND is a TeSys Deca control relay for switching control circuits. It has 3 NO + 2 NC contacts, rated up to 690 V, with a 60 V DC coil. The utilisation categories (AC-15, AC-14, DC-13) tell you exactly what loads it can switch: AC-15 covers solenoid valves and electromagnetic clutches, AC-14 covers small contactor coils, and DC-13 covers DC solenoids and brake coils. These are the standard categories for control-circuit switching per EN/IEC 60947-5-1, which this relay complies with alongside UL 60947-5-1, CSA C22.2 No 60947-5-1, GB/T 14048.5, and JIS C8201-5-1 — so it passes for panels destined for Europe, North America, China, and Japan without a separate variant.
The 45 mm width and 107 mm height fit the standard modular device footprint on a DIN-rail panel, leaving room for adjacent contactors, overloads, or terminal blocks in the same row. Depth of 93 mm means it sits flush with other TeSys Deca devices, so the gland plate clearance is predictable.
The CAD32AND is an active, current-production part.
Operating temperature range is -40 to 60 °C, with derating above 60 °C up to 70 °C — so it handles the inside of a steel enclosure in a hot factory without forced cooling, as long as you account for the derating above 60 °C. Storage range is -60 to 80 °C, which covers shipping and warehouse extremes. The TH protective treatment per IEC 60068 means it resists humidity and tropical conditions — no conformal coating needed for most indoor environments. Mechanical robustness is specified for shock and vibration: 10 Gn for 11 ms when open, 15 Gn for 11 ms when closed, and vibration resistance of 2 Gn (5-300 Hz) open and 4 Gn (5-300 Hz) closed. These numbers come from IEC 60068-2-27 and IEC 60068-2-6 — standard industrial vibration profiles for control gear mounted on machine frames or near rotating equipment. The relay will hold its state under those conditions without false switching.
