Control relay for industrial control circuits
The CAD32AQ7 is a TeSys Deca control relay from Schneider Electric, built for switching control circuits in industrial panels. It carries 3 normally-open and 2 normally-closed contacts, rated for utilisation categories AC-15 (solenoid/contactor control), AC-14 (small electromagnetic loads), and DC-13 (DC solenoids and clutches). The 380 V AC 50/60 Hz standard coil pulls in across the full rated operational voltage range, and the snap-in terminals accept standard wiring without special tools.
AC-14 covers smaller electromagnetic loads, and DC-13 covers DC solenoids and clutches — useful if your panel mixes AC and DC control circuits. The 3NO+2NC contact arrangement is a standard pattern for interlocking or extending I/O on a contactor or PLC output. The IP2X front-face protection (VDE 0106) means finger-safe when mounted in an enclosure — no extra shrouding needed for the front terminals. Operating temperature spans -40 to 60 °C, with derating allowed up to 70 °C. Storage range is -60 to 80 °C. The TH protective treatment (IEC 60068) handles humid environments without condensation issues.
