The CAD32AW7 is a TeSys Deca control relay from Schneider Electric, built for switching control circuits in industrial panels. It carries 3 normally-open and 2 normally-closed contacts, rated for operational voltages up to 690 V with a 277 V AC standard coil. The snap-in terminals cut wiring time on the rail — no screwdriver needed for the coil or contact connections. Rated for utilisation categories AC-15, AC-14, and DC-13 per EN/IEC 60947-5-1, so it handles solenoid loads, electromagnetic clutches, and DC relay coils without derating surprises. The IP2X front face keeps fingers off live terminals inside the panel.
Dimensions are 45 mm wide, 107 mm tall, 93 mm deep — a standard 45 mm modular width that clips onto DIN rail and leaves room for adjacent contactors or overloads in a motor starter row. Operating temperature range is -40 to 60 °C, with derating above 60 °C up to 70 °C; storage tolerance goes from -60 to 80 °C. Good for unheated enclosures in temperate climates. Mechanical robustness specs: the relay stays closed through 15 Gn shocks and open through 10 Gn shocks (11 ms pulses), and handles vibration up to 4 Gn closed, 2 Gn open, across 5–300 Hz. That covers most conveyor-line and compressor-adjacent mounting without extra damping.
Compliant with EN/IEC 60947-5-1, UL 60947-5-1, CSA C22.2 No 60947-5-1, GB/T 14048.5, and JIS C8201-5-1. Protective treatment is TH conforming to IEC 60068, meaning it's tropicalised for humid environments. Operating altitude is rated up to 3000 m — no derating needed for most high-altitude plants.
