The Schneider Electric EZC100H3035 is a 3-pole EasyPact EZC100H circuit breaker with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit rated 35 A at 50 °C. The 35 A In is set at 40 °C; the 50 °C derating is already baked into the trip unit marking — no further reduction needed at that temperature. The H breaking capacity code delivers 10 kA Icu at 550 V AC, 30 kA at 400 V AC, 50 kA at 240 V AC, and 100 kA at 110–130 V AC. At 125 V DC single-pole it holds 10 kA; double-pole series connection gives 10 kA at 250 V DC. That spread means it handles high-fault commercial mains without cascading upstream — the 30 kA at 400 V covers typical European industrial supply. The 690 V rated insulation voltage (Ui) and 550 V operational voltage (Ue) AC keep it within standard 400/480 V panel buswork with margin.
Deployment context
This breaker is a fixed-mount, front-connect distribution device sized for backplate mounting in a panel or enclosure. The 75 mm width and 60 mm depth fit standard MCCB footprints on a 25 mm connection pitch. IP20 finger protection means it is safe for open-panel installation inside a locked enclosure; IK07 impact resistance handles accidental tool strikes during maintenance. The toggle control gives positive contact indication, so a quick visual confirms open/closed state without powering a status lamp.
