The Schneider Electric EZC250H4200 is a 4-pole EasyPact EZC250H molded case circuit breaker with a thermal-magnetic TM-D trip unit, rated 200 A at 40 °C. It carries an 85 kA Icu breaking capacity at 220–240 V AC, dropping to 36 kA at 380–415 V and 10 kA at 550 V — the H code tells you it's the high-breaking version for distribution panels where fault currents are known to be stiff. The 200 A frame means it's sized for a main feeder or a large motor branch circuit, not a lighting panel subfeed.
At 480 V class (380–415 V) it still holds 36 kA, which covers most industrial service-entrance requirements. The thermal-magnetic TM-D trip unit gives fixed thermal and magnetic settings — no interchangeable trip plugs, so the 200 A rating is what you get. Category A utilization means it's not intended for motor starting duty under IEC 60947-2; it's a distribution breaker, not a motor circuit protector.
Fixed backplate mount — no DIN rail adapter on this frame. Connection pitch is 35 mm, which matches standard busbar spacing for a 200 A breaker. IP20 finger protection on the front, IK07 impact resistance — it's a panel interior device, not a washdown enclosure. The toggle handle gives positive contact indication (ON/OFF/TRIPPED) visible through the front cover.
