The 250 A trip rating at 50 °C means the breaker holds its full load rating even in a warm panel — no derate needed until you push past 50 °C. The 20 kA Icu at 440 V AC (IEC 60947-2) tells you it can safely interrupt a fault current up to that level without welding or exploding; at 380–415 V AC that figure rises to 25 kA, and at 220–240 V AC it hits 50 kA. For DC circuits, it's rated 20 kA at 125 V DC (1-pole) or 250 V DC (2-pole).
