The Schneider Electric EZC250N44063 is a 4-pole EasyPact EZC250N moulded-case circuit breaker (MCCB) with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit rated 63 A at 50 °C (63 A at 40 °C for the [In] rating). It's built for distribution duty — overload and short-circuit protection in a fixed backplate-mount package with front-front connections. The toggle control gives positive contact indication, so you know the state without guessing. Breaking capacity: 20 kA Icu at 440 V AC 50/60 Hz (IEC 60947-2), 25 kA Icu at 380–415 V AC, 50 kA Icu at 220–240 V AC. On DC, 20 kA Icu at 125 V DC (1P) and 250 V DC (2P).
Fixed backplate mount, front connections top and bottom. The 140 mm width × 165 mm height × 60 mm depth footprint fits standard enclosure cutouts — no DIN-rail clip here, so plan for screw-down or bolted busbar. Connection pitch is 35 mm, which matches common busbar spacing.
The 63 A TM-D trip unit is thermal-magnetic — thermal for overload, magnetic for short-circuit. No earth-leakage protection built in. The 4-pole version protects all four poles (4t), with neutral protection set to 'Without protection'. Rated insulation voltage 690 V AC, operational voltage 550 V AC (and 250 V DC). Utilisation category A means it's not intended for frequent switching of motor loads — it's a distribution breaker, not a motor-circuit protector.
