160 A MCCB with integrated earth-leakage protection
The Schneider Electric EZCV250N44160 is a 4-pole EasyPact EZCV250N moulded-case circuit breaker rated at 160 A at 40 °C, fitted with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit and built-in earth-leakage protection. It delivers a breaking capacity of 20 kA Icu at 440 V AC 50/60 Hz per IEC 60947-2, with higher ratings at lower voltages — 25 kA at 380–415 V and 85 kA at 220–240 V. This makes it a solid choice for distribution panels where fault levels stay under 20 kA at the service voltage, and the earth-leakage module saves a separate RCCB slot in the enclosure.
The EZCV250N44160 ships as a complete breaker with the TM-D trip unit pre-installed and earth-leakage protection integrated. Mounting is fixed backplate with a 35 mm connection pitch between poles. The toggle handle gives positive contact indication — you see the contact state, not just the handle position. IP20 finger-safe terminals and IK07 impact resistance cover panel-side handling. No holes in the box: the kit includes the breaker, trip unit, and earth-leakage module as one assembly.
