It's built for distribution applications and carries a 40 kA Icu at 220/240 V AC and 36 kA Icu at 380/400 V AC, both per EN/IEC 60947-2. The breaker is suitable for isolation and marked Category A (no intentional short-time delay).
At the more common 400 V distribution voltage, it still holds 36 kA Icu — enough for most industrial switchboards with a transformer upstream. The F breaking capacity code places it in the middle of the EasyPact EZS range, between the standard S and high-performance H tiers.
Fixed backplate mount, front connection both top and bottom. The 45 mm pole pitch and 150 mm width fit standard panel layouts. IP40 front face and IK07 impact resistance mean it's fine for enclosed switchboards but not washdown zones.
Durability and thermal limits
Mechanical endurance is 15,000 cycles per EN/IEC 60947-2; electrical endurance is 12,000 cycles at 415 V at In/2. The TM-D trip unit has a fixed long-time pickup at 1 In and a fixed instantaneous trip at 3200 A (10× In). Storage range is -50 to 85 °C, so it handles warehouse extremes before installation.
