The Schneider Electric G12F4F125 is a GoPact MCCB 125 molded case circuit breaker rated 125 A at 40 °C, with a breaking capacity of 30 kA at 380/415 V AC (performance level F). It is a 4-pole, 4-protected-pole (4D) unit with the neutral on the left, using a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit providing LI protection — thermal for overload (L) and magnetic for short-circuit (I). This is a distribution-class breaker (Category A) with front-front screw terminal connections, fixed mounting on a backplate, and a 25 mm connection pitch. The enclosure is IP20 finger-safe, grey (RAL 7035), and measures 130 mm high by 100 mm wide by 60 mm deep.
The TM-D trip unit is thermal-magnetic, so overload protection follows a thermal curve (slower for small overcurrents) and short-circuit protection is magnetic (instantaneous above a set threshold). The 4D configuration protects all four poles (, L2, L3, N) with the same thermal-magnetic element — the neutral is switched and protected, not just a solid link.
Integration and mounting notes
Front-front connection (both line and load terminals on the front face) simplifies wiring in panel layouts where rear access is limited. Screw terminals accept standard copper conductors. The IP20 rating means it is finger-safe but not protected against water ingress — install inside a suitable enclosure.
