The Schneider Electric GoPact G12T4A20 is a 4-pole molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) from the GoPact MCCB 125 range, rated 20 A at 40 °C with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit. It provides LI protection — thermal overload (L) and magnetic short-circuit (I) — for distribution circuits in commercial and industrial panels. Rated operational voltage is 415 V AC at 50/60 Hz, with a breaking capacity of 10 kA at 380/415 V AC per EN/IEC 60947-2. That 10 kA figure is the SCCR at the panelboard — enough for most light commercial and industrial distribution boards where the fault current at the main lug is under that threshold. For higher fault-current locations, you'd need a higher-rated frame or a current-limiting upstream device. The TM-D trip unit is fixed, non-interchangeable, and set at the factory. The magnetic pickup is fixed — no field adjustment for short-circuit threshold.

Overvoltage category III suits fixed-installation distribution boards. Neutral position is left, with neutral protection set to 1 x Ir (4D poles protected). The toggle control gives clear visual indication of ON/OFF/TRIPPED state — no auxiliary contacts on this base unit.
