Product details

Overview

The GS1AF is a Schneider TeSys GS auxiliary contact for blown fuse signalling, order code GS1AF, rated for 3 poles with a switching current of 16.0 A and a 1 C/O contact configuration. It accepts NFC DIN fuse types and operates instantaneously, packaged as a single unit (PCE).

This auxiliary contact mounts on TeSys GS switch-disconnector-fuses to provide a remote signal when a fuse blows. The 1 C/O (changeover) contact switches at 16.0 A, sufficient for driving a panel indicator or PLC input. Rated for 30000 electrical cycles under AC-15 and 30000 mechanical cycles, it matches the life of the host disconnector in typical motor-circuit applications.

Applications

Used in motor switch-disconnector and fuse assemblies within industrial control panels, the GS1AF signals a blown fuse condition on TeSys GS disconnectors. Common in motor control centres, conveyor systems, and pump panels where fuse monitoring is required.
