The GV4AS287 is a Schneider TeSys GV4 MX shunt trip release that trips the circuit breaker on application of 277 V control voltage, 50/60 Hz. It draws 10 W and is rated for 20000 mechanical cycles. It mounts internally to the GV4 frame and connects via spring terminals accepting 0.5 to 1.5 mm² flexible cable.

Compared to the GV4AU247 undervoltage release (7 W, 240 V coil), the GV4AS287 draws 10 W and operates on a 277 V shunt trip signal, making it the correct choice when a separate control voltage must trigger an immediate trip independent of line voltage.
