The Schneider GV4P80S is a 3-pole motor circuit breaker from the TeSys GV4 family, rated at 80 A continuous line current. It combines thermal-magnetic and electronic trip technology in a single unit, sized for motor branch-circuit protection in control panels up to 690 V AC.

Key ratings that decide fit

Breaking capacity is the headline number: 120 kA at 240 V AC, 100 kA at 415 V, and 65 kA at 480Y/277 V AC per UL 60947. For IEC installations, it clears 100 kA at 380–415 V and still holds 10 kA at 690 V.
