The GV4PE115S is a 3-pole motor circuit breaker from the TeSys Deca range, rated 115 A continuous. It combines thermal-magnetic and electronic trip technology, with a magnetic tripping threshold of 1955 A. The breaker is listed as current production. Breaking capacity is voltage-dependent: 120 kA at 240 V AC, 100 kA at 380-415 V, 70 kA at 440 V, 30 kA at 500 V, and 10 kA at 660-690 V. Under UL 60947, it handles 100 kA at 240 V and 65 kA at 480Y/277 V. These figures cover most industrial panel SCCR requirements.
Motor power coverage
At 400–415 V AC 50/60 Hz, the breaker handles motors from 37 kW up to 55 kW. At 660–690 V, the range extends to 110 kW. This gives flexibility for multi-voltage installations common in export panels. Electrical durability is 10,000 cycles at AC-3 with half rated current, and 5,000 cycles at full rated current. Mechanical endurance is 40,000 cycles. Maximum operating rate is 25 cycles per hour.
Dimensions: 6.1 x 3.2 x 4.6 inches (H x W x D). IP40 and IK07 rated. Operating position any, with pollution degree 3. EverLink screw terminals accept solid from 1.5 mm² up to 95 mm² on the load side, flexible from 2.5 to 70 mm². Torque settings: 9 N·m for main conductors, 5 N·m for control wiring. Power dissipation per pole is 4.6 W. Climatic withstand is IACS, and operating altitude up to 5000 m.
Designed to EN/IEC 60947-2 and 60947-4-1, plus CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1 and UL 60947-4-1. Suitability for isolation per IEC 60947-1. Phase failure sensitivity included. Fire resistance tested to 960 °C.
