Integrator's Note: 80 A, 3-Pole Motor Circuit Breaker for TeSys Deca

The GV4PE80S6 is a 3-pole motor circuit breaker from the TeSys GV4 range, rated 80 A line current. Its electronic thermal-magnetic trip provides motor protection with phase failure sensitivity per IEC 60947-4-1. Mounts on DIN rail, IP40 front face, IK07 impact resistance, gray RAL 7016 enclosure. Continuous duty rated, suitable for isolation per IEC 60947-1.

Protection and Durability

Magnetic tripping is fixed at 1360 A; overload protection is handled by the electronic trip unit, adjustable via TeSys Deca accessories. Electrical durability: 14,000 cycles under AC-3 at 440 V at half load (In/2), 7,000 cycles at full load. Mechanical durability: 40,000 cycles. Maximum operating rate: 25 cycles per hour. Power dissipation per pole is 4.6 W — include in panel thermal calculations.

Certified to CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1, UL 60947-4-1, EN/IEC 60947-4-1, and EN/IEC 60947-2. Fire resistance tested at 960 °C per IEC 60695-2-11; rated for pollution degree 3 and operating altitude up to 5000 m.
