The TeSys GV4PEM115B is a 3-pole motor circuit breaker from the TeSys Deca range, rated 115 A continuous. It's built for motor protection and isolation in industrial panels, compliant with IEC 60947-2 and 60947-4-1 and UL 60947-4-1. Rated motor power spans 37 kW to 110 kW depending on voltage: 37 kW at 400 V, 45 kW at 400 V, 55 kW at 400 V, 45/55/75 kW at 500 V, and 75/90/110 kW at 660-690 V AC. That covers a wide range of standard induction motors in conveying, pumping, and fan applications.
Breaking capacity is 50 kA Icu at 220-240 V AC under IEC 60947-2, 25 kA at 380-415 V, 20 kA at 440 V, and 10 kA at 500 V. For UL ratings, it delivers 35 kA at 240 V, 18 kA at 480Y/277 V, and 14 kA at 600Y/347 V. That gives you headroom for high-fault panels without needing a separate current-limiting fuse. Trip unit is thermal-magnetic with an electronic component—magnetic trip set at 1955 A (17x In). Phase failure sensitivity is built in per IEC 60947-4-1, so the breaker will trip on a lost phase, protecting the motor from single-phasing. Power dissipation is 4.6 W per pole, which matters for panel heat budgeting in tightly packed enclosures. Mechanical durability is rated at 40,000 cycles, electrical durability at 10,000 cycles under AC-3 at 440 V at In/2, and 5,000 cycles at full In. That means the breaker can live in a general industrial panel (no washdown) and withstand typical mechanical knocks. Terminals are EverLink BTR screw type accepting up to 95 mm² solid on the bottom and 70 mm² flexible—enough for motor feeds up to the full 115 A.
The GV4PEM115B complies with UL 60947-4-1, CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1, EN/IEC 60947-4-1, and EN/IEC 60947-2. Fire resistance is verified to 960 °C (glow wire test IEC 60695-2-11). Climatic withstand is IACS, meaning it's suitable for tropical and temperate climates. The product is part of the current TeSys Deca range.
Installation and wiring details
Depth is 4.6 in (116 mm), width 3.2 in (81 mm), height 6.1 in (155 mm). Tightening torque for main terminals: 79.7 lbf.in (9 N.m) for 16-95 mm², and 44.3 lbf.in (5 N.m) for 1.5-10 mm². The operating position is any, so you can lay it sideways if panel depth is tight. Din-rail mounting is standard for the TeSys Deca series.
