Schneider GVAED101 is an auxiliary contact block for the TeSys Deca manual starter range. It mounts on the front side and adds a set of two normally-open (2 NO) fault signal contacts. That's one spare SKU for the bin if you're standardizing on that starter family. Rated thermal current [Ith] is 2.5 A in free air, with operational voltage covering 24...240 V AC and 24...60 V DC. Minimum switching is 5 mA at 17 V, so it'll handle low-level logic signals as well as typical control voltages. The DC-13 power ratings go up to 120 W at 240 V, which is enough for solenoid or brake loads on the same circuit. Compliance covers UL 60947-4-1, CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1, and IEC 60947-5-1, plus the 60335 series for appliance applications. That means it's accepted on both sides of the Atlantic without extra paperwork.
Depth is 29 mm (1.1 in) and width 45 mm (1.8 in) – slim enough to slip into a crowded panel without reframing. Height is just 11 mm (0.4 in). Screw-clamp terminals take a tightening torque of 1.7 N·m. Mechanical durability is 100,000 cycles – that's the life of a typical manual starter in a machine tool or HVAC application. Color is dark grey, which matches the standard TeSys Deca moulding.
Designed as a fault signal auxiliary for GB2CB... circuit breakers or GG fuse 10 A manual starters. One unit per set; no quantity breaks in the package.
