Overview

The HMIDM7421 is a Schneider Harmony iPC flat screen HMI display, order code HMIDM7421, with a 15-inch LED Colour TFT LCD, 2048 x 2048 touch resolution, and single touch analogue resistive touch panel.

Applications

As an HMI display in the Harmony iPC range, the HMIDM7421 serves as the operator interface on packaging lines, material-handling cells, and machine tools where a rugged, sealed front panel is required.

The 2048 x 2048 touch resolution supports precise gesture and icon selection even with gloved hands, while the 500:1 contrast ratio and 300 cd/m² luminance keep the display readable in high-ambient-light factory environments. A 140 x 115° viewing angle allows operators to read the screen from off-center positions without significant colour shift.
