Overview
The HMIPUF7A0P01 is a Schneider Harmony iPC industrial panel PC, order code HMIPUF7A0P01, built around a 15" active matrix colour TFT LCD with LED backlight at 1024 x 768 pixels XGA resolution and an analogue resistive touch overlay. It runs an Intel Atom N270 1.66 GHz processor with 2 GB RAM DDR3 and 512 KB SRAM, ships with MS Windows XP Professional SP3 multi-language, and includes a Vijeo Designer run time demo. The front panel carries IP65 and NEMA 4X ratings for washdown environments; the enclosure is aluminium alloy. Supply is 240 V AC, 60 Hz, with a rated power consumption of 130 W.
As a panel PC the HMIPUF7A0P01 runs the HMI application locally on the Atom N270 processor with 2 GB RAM and 512 KB SRAM for tag and recipe storage. The 15" TFT at 1024 x 768 XGA with 16 million colours and 350 cd/m² luminance is readable in moderate ambient light; the analogue resistive touch accepts gloved or stylus input, common on factory floors. On-board Ethernet is 10BASE-T/100BASE-T/1000BASE-T for PLC and SCADA connectivity; the Intel 945GME chipset with GMA 950 graphics drives the display. Cooling is fanless, relying on the aluminium enclosure for heat dissipation, which keeps dust out of the electronics bay.

Mounts in an enclosure door via the supplied fixing kit or panel-mount with the included fasteners. The cut-out footprint is 383.5 (+1/-0) x 282.5 (+1/-0) mm; overall dimensions are 401.32 mm wide, 302.26 mm high, 103.886 mm deep. The aluminium alloy bezel seals to IP65 / NEMA 4X at the front; the rear enclosure is indoor-rated only. Shock rating is 15 gn 11 ms per IEC 60068-2-27, Ea tests; pollution degree 2 per EN/IEC 61131-2.
