Overview

The HMIZKB1 is a 20-key USB keyboard from the Schneider Harmony HMIZ range, with 12 of those keys customizable and carrying integrated LEDs for status indication. It runs on a 5 V supply drawing 0.75 W, connects via a mini-B USB port, and is sealed to IP65 with a NEMA 4X rating for indoor and outdoor use. The keyboard is compatible with the HMIGXO, HMISTU, HMISTO, HMIGTO, and HMISCU HMI ranges, and ships with a USB cable, anti-rotation tee, and replaceable function-key labels.

Selection and integration

Rated for a shock of 147 m/s² applied in three chocks per axis (X, Y, Z) per IEC 61131-2, the HMIZKB1 is built for industrial machines and food-and-beverage environments where vibration and impact are present.
