Overview

The ILS1R572PC1A0 is a Schneider Lexium integrated drive combining a 6-pole single-phase stepper motor and drive electronics in one housing, rated for 36 V DC supply and delivering a holding torque of 8.0 lbf.in (0.9 N.m). It carries an IP41 rating for drip-proof cabinet mounting via flange, and is specified to withstand 150 m/s² shock over 1000 shocks per IEC 60068-2-29.

This integrated drive uses a 3-phase stepper motor with a medium-speed, medium-torque winding profile. The on-board RS485 port supports transmission rates of 9.6, 19.2 and 38.4 kbauds, allowing direct connection to a motion controller without an external drive module. Positioning accuracy is rated at ±6 arc minutes, with a rotor inertia of 0.22 kg·cm². The drive includes safe torque off, overload of output voltage, and short circuit of output voltage protection. Speed is limited to 300 rpm at 24 V and 600 rpm at 36 V.

Applications
