Overview

The ILS2P572PB1A0 is a Schneider Lexium integrated drive combining a 3-phase stepper motor and drive in one package, rated 0.9 N.m continuous torque at 3000 rpm on a 48 V single-phase supply. It carries 6 poles, an integrated Ethernet Powerlink interface, and a flange mount with an untapped shaft end; no gearbox or holding brake is fitted. Sealing is IP41 at the shaft bushing and IP54 over the rest of the housing, with natural convection cooling and a shock rating of 150 m/s² per EN/IEC 60068-2-29.

Compared to the BRS368H131ACA, the ILS2P572PB1A0 delivers lower torque (0.9 N.m vs 1.5 N.m) but runs at a higher supply voltage (48 V vs 34 V) and offers double the encoder resolution (20000 points/turn vs 10000 points/turn), suiting applications needing finer positioning over raw torque.
