Overview

The ILS2P573PB1A0 is a Schneider Lexium integrated stepper drive combining a 3-phase stepper motor and drive in one package, rated 1.5 N.m continuous torque at 3000 rpm on a 48 V single-phase supply, with a 3.5 A phase current and 6-pole construction. Communication is via integrated Ethernet Powerlink; the unit carries CE marking and meets EN 61800-3 second environment standards. The shaft bushing is sealed to IP54, total enclosure IP41. The unit has a 57 mm frame size, 138.9 mm length, and a flange mount with an untapped shaft end. No holding brake or gearbox is fitted.

Compared to the BRS368H131ACA, the ILS2P573PB1A0 offers double the encoder resolution at 20000 points/turn versus 10000 points/turn, and runs on a higher 48 V supply versus 34 V, but delivers a lower phase current of 3.5 A versus 5.8 A, meaning less peak torque for the same frame size.
