Overview
The ILS2P851PB1A0 is a Schneider Lexium integrated stepper drive combining a 3-phase stepper motor with onboard Ethernet Powerlink control, rated 2 N.m holding torque and 6 poles for medium-speed, medium-torque positioning. It runs on a 24 VDC supply, communicates via RS485 Modbus TCP at 9.6, 19.2 or 38.4 kbauds, and is sealed to IP41 with natural convection cooling.
Compared to the BRS368H131ACA, the ILS2P851PB1A0 delivers higher holding torque (2 N.m vs 1.5 N.m) but a lower maximum speed range (300 rpm at 24 V / 600 rpm at 48 V vs 3000 rpm), making it the choice for applications needing more low-speed torque rather than high-speed rotation.
