Overview
Rated torque is 4.5 N.m, and the housing is IP41 for flange mounting.
This integrated drive eliminates separate cabling between motor and drive — the power stage and control logic share the same housing. The 6-pole 3-phase stepper motor delivers 4.5 N.m holding torque with an accuracy of +/- 6 arc min, suitable for positioning tasks that require repeatable indexing without an external encoder feedback loop beyond the index pulse. Modbus TCP at 9.6, 19.2 or 38.4 kbauds handles setpoint and status traffic over standard Ethernet infrastructure. The drive includes Safe Torque Off, output voltage overload and short-circuit protection. Rotor inertia is 3.3 kg.cm², which influences acceleration and deceleration profiles when sizing the load.
Applications
Integrated stepper drives of this class are used in pick-and-place stations, label applicators, small conveyor indexing, and laboratory automation where space is tight and a separate drive cabinet is impractical. The Modbus TCP interface allows direct connection to a PLC or motion controller without a gateway.
