Overview
The LC1D40A6B7 is a Schneider TeSys Deca 3-pole IEC contactor rated 40 A in AC-3 duty and 60 A in AC-1, switched by a 24 V AC coil and carrying one normally-open and one normally-closed auxiliary contact. It handles motor loads up to 30 HP at 460/575 V three-phase and 10 HP at 200/230 V three-phase, with Everlink power connections for tool-less wiring and a rail/plate mounting base. Certified to UL 60947-4-1, CSA C22.2 No 14, CCC, CE, UKCA, and Marine standards, with an IP20 front face and a -40°C minimum ambient rating.
The 40 A AC-3 rating covers a 30 HP motor at 460/575 V three-phase; the 60 A AC-1 rating handles resistive loads up to 60 A. The 24 V AC coil suits low-voltage control circuits common in PLC-driven panels.
