It occupies a 125 mm deep by 96 mm wide footprint on rail or plate mounting, with a height of 127 mm. The coil is AC 50/60 Hz without a built-in suppressor module, drawing 245 VA inrush at 20 °C. Motor power capability spans 22 kW at 230 V up to 55 kW at 500 V, making it suitable for medium-duty switching stations or panel feeders.
The 4 NO poles handle full resistive load at rated breaking capacity of 1100 A at 440 V (IEC 60947). Electrical durability is 0.8 Mcycles under AC-1 at 125 A, while mechanical endurance hits 4 Mcycles. Power circuit torque needs 12 N.m — a 6–8 mm flat or 4 mm hex driver. Control wiring accepts 1–4 mm² flexible or solid, torque 1.2 N.m. Operating rate is 3600 cycles/hour at 60 °C, with heat dissipation 6–10 W. The TH treatment (IEC 60068-2-30) means it handles damp heat exposure. Altitude rating goes to 3000 m without derating. These numbers define the thermal and environmental headroom for continuous use.
This contactor carries full third-party certification: UL 60947-4-1, CSA C22.2 No 14, IEC 60947-4-1 and -5-1. Fire resistance tested at 850 °C (IEC 60695-2-1) and flame retardance V1 per UL 94. The IP20 front face protects against finger contact. All relevant IEC 60335-2-40 annexes for appliance applications are also covered. Documentation (datasheet, installation manual, CE declaration) is available per request on the RFQ.
