Overview

The LC1DTKF7 is a Schneider TeSys Deca capacitor duty contactor rated 40 kVAR at 400/415 V 50 Hz, switching three poles with a 110 V AC 50/60 Hz coil. It is built for capacitor bank switching in power factor correction panels, not for general motor starting. Power connections use EverLink BTR screw connectors rated to 8 N.m (70.8 lbf.in) for 35 mm² cable, giving a secure, high-current termination that resists loosening under thermal cycling.
