Coil voltage range and what it saves you
No need to stock separate coil variants for different panel voltages — a single LC1G1154LSEN handles it.
What the utilisation categories tell a panel builder
Rated for AC-3, AC-3e, AC-1, AC-5a/b, AC-6a/b, and DC-1/3/5. AC-3 is the standard motor-switching duty — the 115 A rating at 400 V handles pumps, fans, and compressors. AC-3e adds energy-efficiency motor starting. AC-1 covers resistive loads like heaters. The DC ratings let it switch DC motors or DC bus circuits without a separate DC-rated contactor. Mechanical durability is 8 Mcycles. At 600 cycles/hour AC-3, that's over 13,000 hours of continuous operation at full rated switching rate — built for high-cycle packaging or material-handling lines.
Safety circuit integration and auxiliary contacts
Built-in 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contact provides feedback to the PLC or safety relay without an add-on block. Safety reliability is quantified: B10d = 400,000 cycles at nominal load, 3,000,000 cycles with mechanical load per EN/ISO 13849-1. That lets you calculate the PFHd for your safety function without guessing.
Wiring and panel fit
Power terminals accept bar, busbar (25 x 6 mm cross-section), or ring lugs up to 185 mm². That's enough for the full rated current without parallel cables. Mounting is plate-mount with a 35 mm connection pitch.
Standards and approvals — one part, multiple jurisdictions
Also listed under UL 60335-1 and UL 60335-2-40 Annex JJ for appliance and HVAC applications. Overvoltage category III means it's rated for fixed-installation distribution panels, not just downstream equipment.
Current production stage — no end-of-life notice.
