Overview
The LC2D12G7 is a Schneider TeSys Deca reversing contactor rated 12 A in AC-3 duty and 25 A in AC-1, with a 120 V AC 60 Hz coil and a preassembled reversing power busbar.
The 12 A AC-3 rating covers inductive motor loads; the 25 A AC-1 rating handles resistive loads such as heater banks. At 600 V AC, the 1 hp rating matches a typical small reversing conveyor or pump motor.
Compared to the LC2D12BD, the LC2D12G7 uses a 120 V AC coil rather than 24 V DC, and its AC-3 switching current is 12 A versus 18 A. Choose the LC2D12BD when the control voltage is 24 V DC and the motor FLA exceeds 12 A.
