That 6 A figure is the real-world motor-switching current, not a resistive-heater rating; size your motor FLA at or below 6 A in AC-3 duty. The 120 V AC coil is the control voltage — common in North American panel builds where control transformers step down from 480 V to 120 V. Coil draw is modest enough that a standard 120 V control relay can pilot it without an intermediate interposing relay.
