The mechanical interlock prevents both contactors from closing simultaneously, which is essential for reversing duty.
Screw clamp terminals accept one or two conductors: solid 1.5-4 mm², flexible without ferrule 0.75-4 mm², or flexible with ferrule 0.34-2.5 mm². Tightening torque is 1.3 Nm using a No 2 Philips or 6 mm flat screwdriver. The preassembled reversing busbar saves panel space and reduces wiring errors compared to building the reversing circuit from two separate contactors and an interlock module.
