AC-1 utilisation category means this contactor is specified for resistive loads — heaters, lighting banks, or other non-inductive circuits. For motor loads (AC-3), you'd need a different TeSys K variant; this one is not rated for inductive switching. The 200…208 V AC coil is a narrow-band control voltage, common in North American 208Y/120 V panels. Drop-out threshold is 0.2…0.75 Uc below 50 °C, so the contactor releases reliably on a sagging control supply.
