The 200-208 V AC coil matches common North American control voltages. The 3-pole, 3 NO main contact set switches the motor phases; the built-in 1 NO auxiliary contact can be used for seal-in or status feedback to a PLC input.
AC-3 rating at 12 A is the motor-switching figure that governs real use — it covers inrush during starting and breaking under full load. The AC-1 rating (resistive load) will be higher, but for motor control the AC-3 number is the one that decides if the contactor lives in the application. The 690 V AC maximum on the power circuit gives headroom for 480 V systems with margin. Storage range of -50 to 80 °C matters for warehousing or shipping through unheated freight. Altitude rating to 2000 m without derating means it's fine for most sites; above that the air density drop reduces the arc-quenching ability, so derating applies. IP20 protection (VDE 0106) means finger-safe — no ingress of solid objects larger than 12 mm, but not sealed against dust or moisture. This is standard for a panel-mounted contactor; it expects to live inside an enclosure with at least an IP54 rating.
No unusual lead-time risk or minimum-quantity constraints apply beyond what any active TeSys K line item carries.
