The 36 V DC coil draws 2.2 W hold-in power, so verify your control transformer can supply that continuously — it's a standard DC control voltage, common in 24-48 VDC panels. This is a mini contactor, not a full-frame power contactor — the 27 mm width and 56 mm height let it fit tight DIN-rail enclosures where panel space is at a premium. The 55.5 mm depth keeps it clear of gland plates in shallow backboxes.
Mounts on standard DIN rail. Power circuit wiring accepts 0.35 to 6 mm² solid or flexible cable — spring-cage or screw terminals, depending on the connector variant. The 0.8 N.m tightening torque on the connector is light; a Pozidriv No. 1 driver is the tool. Two cables per terminal are allowed for daisy-chaining, but only up to 1.5 mm² flexible with ferrules — keep that in mind when looping through multiple contactors. IP2X finger protection per VDE 0106 means the live parts are guarded against accidental contact, but it's not sealed — no washdown rating. Keep it inside the enclosure.
Certified to EN/IEC 60947-4-1, UL 60947-4-1, and CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1 — the contactor standard for motor starters and switching. The associated fuse rating is 16 A gI at ≤ 440 V for the power circuit, so coordinate your branch circuit protection accordingly.
