It's a 3-pole (3P) contactor rated for AC-3 duty up to 6 A at 440 V, which means it's sized for reversing a small three-phase motor — think conveyor drives, pump direction changes, or actuator control in a panel. The coil is 48 V DC, so it pulls in cleanly on a 48 VDC control supply; hold-in power is low, but make sure your DC supply can deliver the inrush. The 690 V AC rated operational voltage on the power circuit gives headroom for 400/480 V line supplies.
It's IP20 finger-safe per VDE 0106, so it's intended for installation inside an enclosure, not exposed to washdown. The preassembled reversing busbar saves panel wiring time and reduces the chance of a phase-to-phase short during commissioning. Mechanical robustness is rated for 15 Gn shock on the closed-contactor Z axis and 4 Gn vibration closed — solid for industrial cabinet use, not for direct machine mounting on a vibrating frame.
What the approvals tell you
Flame retardance is V1 per UL 94 and also meets NF F 16-101 and NF F 16-102 — relevant if this panel goes into rail or transit applications. Protective treatment conforms to IEC 60068 and DIN 50016 for environmental resistance.
