It switches resistive loads (AC-1 utilisation category) across four poles, with a 60 V DC coil that includes a built-in bidirectional peak limiting diode suppressor — no external flyback diode needed on the coil circuit. The 4-pole configuration gives you two sets of normally-open and normally-closed power contacts for forward/reverse motor control or source transfer switching.
Rated insulation voltage (Ui) is 690 V per IEC 60947-4-1 and 600 V per UL 508 / CSA C22.2 No 14, so the contactor is rated for 480 V and 600 V class systems in North America and 690 V class in IEC territories. The 60 V DC control coil holds in at 0.8 to 1.15 Uc (48 to 69 V DC) and drops out between 0.1 and 0.75 Uc (6 to 45 V DC) — this wide dropout margin means it will not nuisance-drop on a sagging 48 V bus, but also that a slow-decay DC supply may hold it closed longer than expected. Mechanical interlocking is built into the reversing assembly, preventing both contactors from closing simultaneously — a standard requirement for reversing starters.
Mounts on DIN rail or plate (rail/plate mounting support). Screw-clamp terminals accept 1.5 to 4 mm² solid or 0.75 to 4 mm² flexible (with or without ferrules), torqued to 1.3 N·m.
