Overview
The LR9D67 is a Schneider TeSys Deca solid-state overload relay, order code LR9D67, rated for motor full-load current up to 100 A with a 24 V control supply. It is housed in an IP20 enclosure and mounts under a contactor or on a DIN rail.
The LR9D67 provides motor protection with a selectable trip class from Class 10 to Class 20, covering fast to moderate overload response. Its tripping threshold is set at 1.05 ± 0.06 In for alarm and 1.12 ± 0.06 In for de-energisation per IEC 60947-4-1. The relay carries 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contacts rated for 5 A switching current.
The LR9D67 is an active, in-production part within the TeSys Deca range. It is certified to EN/IEC 60947-4-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, UL 60947-4-1, UL 60947-5-1, CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1, CSA C22.2 No 60947-5-1, and GB/T 14048.4 and GB/T 14048.5. The relay also complies with California Proposition 65.
The LR9D67 belongs to the Schneider TeSys Deca range of solid-state overload relays, designed for motor protection in industrial control panels.
