Overview
The LR9D69 is a Schneider TeSys Deca solid state overload relay, order code LR9D69, rated for 150 A motor full-load current across 3 poles with selectable trip class 10 or 20. It operates on a 24 V AC supply and is listed to EN/IEC 60947-4-1, UL 60947-4-1, and CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1. The unit provides 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contacts and an alarm signalling function, with screw-clamp terminals on control and power circuits.
The LR9D69 uses solid-state sensing to monitor motor current; tripping occurs at 1.05 ± 0.06 In for alarm (IEC 60947-4-1) and 1.12 ± 0.06 In for de-energisation. The red push-button stops the relay; the blue push-button resets it. The alarm circuit switches up to 5 A, and the control circuit torque is 1.2 N·m (screw clamp). The power circuit uses M8 bars torqued to 18 N·m.
Applications
This relay is designed for motor protection in industrial control panels, typically mounted under a contactor or on a rail. It pairs with Schneider NSX circuit breakers and LC1D115/LC1D150 contactors in TeSys assemblies.
The LR9D69 carries an 18-month warranty and is certified to EN/IEC 60947-4-1, EN/IEC 60947-5-1, UL 60947-4-1, UL 60947-5-1, CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1, CSA C22.2 No 60947-5-1, and GB/T 14048.4/14048.5. It also complies with California Proposition 65.
