Overview

The LV433952 is a Schneider MicroLogic 7.3 E electronic trip unit for the ComPact NSX400 and NSX630 molded-case circuit breaker frames, rated 400 A and configured for 4-pole distribution applications. It provides LSIR protection — long-time, short-time, instantaneous, and earth-leakage — with adjustable long-time pickup (Ir) from 160 to 400 A and adjustable short-time delay (Tsd) from 0 to 0.4 s.

The 400 A rating and 4-pole configuration suit it for main or feeder protection in 3-phase + neutral distribution panels. The adjustable Ir range (160–400 A) lets you match the trip to the actual load without swapping the unit. Long-time delay Tr is adjustable from 15 to 400 s at 1.5 x Ir, giving flexibility for motor-start or transformer-inrush coordination.

Against the LV434551 (160 A, fixed Tr), the LV433952 offers adjustable long-time delay and a 400 A rating, making it the better fit for applications needing coordination tuning.
