Overview
The LX1FX200 is a Schneider TeSys F contactor coil, order code LX1FX200, rated for 200-208 V AC 40-400 Hz control circuits. It delivers 2100 W of power and consumes 50 W, with a resistance of 15.5 ohms and inductance of 0.66 mH. This coil is designed for the TeSys F LC1F780 contactor and is supplied as a set of 2 units. It carries a mechanical life of 5 million cycles and a maximum operating rate of 600 cycles per hour at 131 °F (55 °C).
The LX1FX200 is a replacement coil for the TeSys F contactor range, energizing the contactor's electromagnet to close the main power contacts. It operates on an AC control circuit at 40-400 Hz, with a nominal coil voltage of 208 V. The coil draws 2100 W of inrush power and settles to 50 W of holding power, dissipating 44 W of heat during continuous operation. This coil does not include a built-in suppressor module, so an external suppressor (such as the LA4FDE) must be added across the coil terminals to limit voltage spikes during de-energization. The coil is rated for a mechanical life of 5 million cycles.
