Product details

Overview

The LX1FX220 is a Schneider TeSys F contactor coil rated 220 V AC at 40...400 Hz, delivering 2100 VA inrush and 50 VA holding power for the LC1F780 contactor frame. It dissipates 44 W during continuous operation and ships without a built-in suppressor module, so an external RC snubber or varistor must be added across the coil terminals for inductive load switching.

The LX1FX220 draws 2100 VA inrush and 50 VA holding, versus 1650 VA inrush and 22 VA holding for the LX1FL200. The LX1FL220 (220 V, 1650 VA inrush, 22 VA holding) is a closer voltage match but still draws significantly less inrush and holding power, so swapping between them without verifying the control circuit capacity risks nuisance dropout or transformer overload.
