The MGN60635 is a 3-pole miniature circuit-breaker (MCB) from the Schneider Electric Multi9 C60H series, rated 2 A at 50 °C with a C-curve trip characteristic (magnetic tripping at 8.5 x In ±20 %). It is designed for distribution applications and uses thermal-magnetic trip technology to protect branch circuits against overload and short-circuit currents. The breaking capacity is 30 kA Icu at 240 V AC (phase-to-phase, 50/60 Hz) per EN/IEC 60947-2, with 15 kA at 415 V AC, 10 kA at 440 V AC, and 25 kA at 125 V DC. The service breaking capacity Ics is 50 % of Icu at AC voltages (15 kA at 240 V, 7.5 kA at 415 V, 5 kA at 440 V) and 100 % (40 kA) at 125 V DC. Mounts on a 35 mm symmetrical DIN rail (6 module pitches of 9 mm each) and accepts tunnel-type terminals for 1–25 mm² conductors. The IP20 rating means it is suitable for installation inside an enclosure — not for wet or washdown areas.
For a 2 A rating, that means magnetic pickup between 13.6 A and 20.4 A. The 10 kA at 440 V AC covers three-phase line-to-line faults at standard industrial voltages.
The IP20 terminals and pollution degree 3 rating are part of the same standard certification.
