The MGP1603XE2 is a 3-pole PowerPacT 4 circuit breaker from Schneider Electric, fitted with a MicroLogic 2.2 electronic trip unit. It is rated 160 A at 40 °C and delivers 36 kA Icu / Ics at 415 V AC 50/60 Hz, with an 800 V insulation voltage and 8 kV impulse withstand. The toggle control type and backplate mounting suit panelboard distribution in 250 A or 400/630 A panelboards.

Trip unit and protection functions
The MicroLogic 2.2 electronic trip unit provides LSoI protection: long-time (L) with adjustable pickup Ir from 63 to 160 A and fixed delay tr; short-time (S) with adjustable pickup Isd from 1.5 to 10 x Ir and fixed delay tsd; instantaneous (I) fixed at 2400 A. The long-time pickup is adjustable; short-time and instantaneous pickups are fixed. No earth-leakage or zone selective interlocking (ZSI) is included.
Rated for 50,000 mechanical cycles and 50,000 electrical cycles at 440 V at rated current (30,000 cycles at 2 x In). Mounts horizontally or vertically on a backplate; occupies 3 modules of 35 mm width.
