The MGP1604XE2 is a panel-mounted PowerPacT 4 circuit breaker from Schneider Electric, fitted with a MicroLogic 2.2 electronic trip unit rated 160 A at 40 °C. It is a 4-pole device with a toggle control type, designed for distribution in 250 A or 400/630 A panelboards. The electronic trip unit provides LSoI protection functions (long-time, short-time, instantaneous) with an adjustable long-time pick-up range of 63...160 A and a short-time pick-up adjustable from 1.5 to 10 x Ir. The instantaneous pick-up is fixed at 2400 A.

The MGP1604XE2 delivers a rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (Icu) of 36 kA at 415 V AC 50/60 Hz, with a matching service breaking capacity (Ics) of 36 kA — meaning it can clear a fault and be immediately returned to service at full rating.
It occupies 4 module spaces at 35 mm per module. The toggle control type provides manual on/off operation. No earth-leakage protection is integrated, so any ground-fault detection must be handled externally.
