The MGPXC506 is a metering extension box in the PowerPact 4 range, designed as a side enclosure for 6-way 3-pole panelboards rated at 400 A, 630 A, or 800 A. At 500 mm wide and finished in cream RAL 9001, it mounts to the top and bottom of side panels, extending the cabinet volume for current transformer compartments or meter bases without requiring a separate floor-mounted enclosure.
The 500 mm width matches the standard PowerPact 4 panelboard frame depth, so the extension aligns flush with the main enclosure — no adapter plates needed for the 400 A through 800 A 6-way configurations. Because it is a metering extension box rather than a cable-entry gland plate, the internal volume is sized for CTs, meter test switches, and wiring looms — not for additional branch breakers.
