Continuous and peak torque across the speed envelope
The MH31901P02F2200: Continuous stall torque is 30 N.m across 115–480 V three-phase, nominal torque is 16.5 N.m at 3000 rpm when paired with an LXM52 or LXM62 drive at 14.00 mA and 400 V or 480 V three-phase — so the steady working point lands at roughly half the stall rating, which is the right headroom for a cyclical indexing application. Peak stall torque reaches 110 N.m across the same 115–480 V window, with a 3-second peak current of 89.61 A and a continuous Irms of 89.61 A — the motor can punch above its continuous rating for short accel/decel moves without tripping the drive.
Feedback, brake, and electrical interface
The feedback device is a Multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder, which gives absolute multi-turn position over the Hiperface protocol without needing a separate battery box on the machine.
Mechanical envelope and shaft-side load
The shaft is 38 mm diameter by 80 mm long with a smooth (non-keyed) end, and the body is 248 mm long — that combination targets a high-inertia gearbox or a direct-coupled load rather than a timing-belt drive where a keyway is conventional. Maximum radial force on the shaft is 2900 N at 1000 rpm, falling to 2750 N at 2000 rpm, 2650 N at 3000 rpm, and 2600 N at 4000 rpm — derate the belt tension at higher speeds so the radial load stays inside that envelope across the operating range.
