Encoder, electrical data, and what the winding numbers tell you
The MH31902P01A2200: Feedback is single-turn SinCos Hiperface, the absolute single-turn commutation track most LXM52 and LXM62 controller blocks expect at first-boot — a multi-turn variant would be a different suffix on the same MH31902P reference, not this code. Electrical connection is via rotatable right-angled connectors, which lets the cabinet-side cable bend land in either a vertical or horizontal drop without re-terminating the motor lead — useful when the cabinet layout flips between skid builds.
Mechanical fit, sealing, and radial load on the shaft
Body length is 250 mm with an international standard flange, four 14 mm mounting holes on a 180 mm centring collar, and IP65 sealing — the motor body is dust-tight and water-jet resistant, so it sits comfortably in a washdown-adjacent cell or an outdoor skid, though the cable gland at the rotatable connector is the real wet-end barrier. Cooling is natural convection with no fan — the cabinet airflow or machine-side shroud has to clear the 6260 W continuous power dissipation under steady-state load, otherwise the winding copper-hot ceiling of 135 °C will trip the drive's thermal model well before the mechanical envelope is reached.
