The MH31902P07A2200: The 190 mm international-standard flange with a 180 mm centring collar and four 14 mm mounting holes lands the motor on a standard machine face; overall length is 250 mm with a smooth 38 mm shaft extending 80 mm, sized for direct coupling to a gearbox or pinion without a second shaft end to crowd the envelope. Maximum radial load is 3200 N at 1000 rpm tapering to 2950 N at 4000 rpm — these are the bearing-life envelopes a designer reads against the overhung load from the coupling or belt drive, not just the motor's torque curve. Maximum mechanical speed is 3800 rpm, so any gearbox ratio that pushes the shaft past that point shortens bearing life regardless of how much torque margin remains.
Electrical constants and drive pairing
Continuous stall current draws 30.8 A; the maximum Irms ceiling is 114 A, leaving roughly 3.7× headroom for short-term acceleration before the drive trips on I²t.
Encoder feedback and connectivity
The integrated Multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder gives absolute multi-turn position over a single cable, removing the homing sequence on every power-up; rotatable right-angled connectors let the cable exit be re-oriented in the field to clear the machine envelope without re-mounting the motor.
Thermal envelope and IP65 sealing
Cooling is natural convection with a 135 °C copper-hot winding limit and IP65 sealing on the standard shaft seal, so the motor runs in dusty machine environments and moderate washdown — a wet-food-line cabinet would step the sealing up rather than rely on the standard seal alone.
